Tim McGuckin is a Partner at Novak Francella. Tim comes to us from a labor organization with over 250,000 members where he served as the Director of Business for 18 years. He has experience serving multiemployer benefit plans and labor/membership organizations. Tim also provides advisory services to employee benefit plans and labor organizations in the private and public sectors.
Tim serves as a Council Member for the State of New Jersey’s Investment Council. He has been a member of the Investment Council since 2008. The Council provides fiduciary oversight to the investment of the assets of the $75 billion pension plans. He is a member of the Councils Investment Policy Committee and serves as the Chair of their Audit Committee.
Tim graduated from Villanova University. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs and the AICPA.
