Tom Terlecki is a Manager in the Payroll Compliance Review Department in the New York office. He has been performing payroll compliance reviews for numerous benefit funds, both regional and national since 1996. He is responsible for managing the payroll compliance review associates in the New York office.
Prior to joining Novak Francella, Tom worked in the retail industry performing operational audits and payroll audits for multiemployer benefit plans.
