Spencer Fretts is a Manager in the Payroll Compliance Review Department at our Connecticut office. He has specialized in payroll compliance reviews for a variety of benefit funds, both regional and national, since 2002. Spencer’s expertise includes analyzing Collective Bargaining Agreements to ensure proper Fund contributions. This involves conducting thorough reviews of employers' payroll records, cash disbursement journals, and other relevant documentation to verify compliance with CBA terms.
In addition to overseeing priority payroll compliance reviews, Spencer is responsible for training, supervising, and mentoring associates in both the Connecticut and Boston offices. He also manages random cycle programs for multiple clients. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Stonehill College.
