Peter Novak is the Chairman Emeritus of the firm’s Executive Committee. He managed the operations of the Firm for the last two decades. He has provided services to employee benefit plans, labor unions and not-for-profit organizations throughout his career. His clients include national, regional and local multiemployer plans and labor unions. His responsibilities include consulting on financial, operational and various other matters.
Peter graduated from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., majoring in Economics and Accounting. He is a CPA and licensed to practice in most States. He is a member of the AICPA, numerous State CPA societies and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
Peter worked in Washington, D.C. 15 years before transferring to Philadelphia in 1991. In Washington, Peter’s clients included many National Unions and Benefit Funds. Today, the Firm continues to service some of those clients.
