Michael Novak is a Partner at Novak Francella. Since the beginning of his career, Michael has protected the interests and stability of the labor unions, employee benefit plans and nonprofit organizations he serves. In addition to providing advisory and audit services to the specialized niche of benefit funds and labor organizations, he has proven a worthwhile resource in forensics, discovering and alleviating fraudulent activity at some of his client organizations. His knowledge and expertise results in audits that meet compliance for organizations with assets that range from $50 million to over $3 billion.
He is adept at building and nurturing business relationships in his role in the firm’s Business Development department and has supported the firms’ expansion into New England. He is influential in developing and managing implementation of strategic marketing plans and programs to accomplish the related goals of the firm. He has secured new clients and new revenue streams for the firm and has been active in building the brand and reputation of the firm.
Michael is a graduate of Penn State University in State College, PA. He is dedicated to preserving and promoting history and art in the Philadelphia community and sits on the Board of Directors of the Woodlands Historic Trust in West Philadelphia. He also serves on the Finance Committee of an Art Studio in Philadelphia.
