Lou Verzella is the firm’s Tax Director and he is in the Philadelphia office. Lou supervises the firm’s Tax Department and reviews the compliance tax filings for employee benefit plans, tax exempt organizations and labor unions.
As Tax Director, Lou is relied on to provide management and quality control for the firm’s wide-ranging services in tax planning and preparation for commercial clients. He reviews all tax filings for these clients, including real estate partnerships, partnerships and corporations for the entire firm.
Lou graduated from Villanova University in 1979, majoring in Accounting. He is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania as well as a Tax Section member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPAs.
