Justin Kelly is a Manager in the Philadelphia office providing audit, consulting and assurance services for employee benefit plans, labor unions and nonprofit organizations, some of which have grant compliance requirements.
Prior to joining Novak Francella LLC, Justin worked in the accounting department of an employee benefit plan administrator that administers several multi-employer health, defined benefit pension and defined contribution plans. Justin’s knowledge of the benefit plan industry and its environment derived from his five years at a Fund office helps him excel at client communication, providing customized accounting, and support meeting regulatory deadlines.
A Juniata College graduate from 2006, Justin is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
