Alexandra Orr is the firm’s Human Resources Manager. In that capacity, she is responsible for all aspects of our employees’ well-being from recruitment through retirement. Her duties include managing benefits, ensuring compliance with applicable requirements, and whatever else comes her way within the world of HR. During her time at the firm, Ali has implemented new processes to streamline and improve the onboarding process as well as open enrollment. Of special interest to Ali is making sure that all employees feel appreciated for the work they do every day.
Ali began her career in HR in 2010 working for a local bank before joining Novak Francella in 2016.
Ali is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Health Services. She received her Certification in Human Resource Management from Delaware County Community College and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
