David Moskowitz is a Manager in the Payroll Compliance Review Department in the New York City Office.
He has 25+ years performing compliance audits of multiemployer plans. David’s experience includes examining all books and records to ensure that Employers have remitted contributions correctly to the Fund and identifying covered employees based on his deep understanding of the terms of the CBA.
His responsibilities include communicating with Fund Administrators and Fund Counsel.
David received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from SUNY Plattsburgh.
