Pat Baker is a Manager in the Payroll Compliance Review Department in the Philadelphia Office. She has been performing payroll compliance reviews for numerous benefit funds, both regional and national since 2000. Prior to joining Novak Francella, Pat worked in the banking industry for 25 years, which included experience in mortgage, title, lien research, bank accounting, auditing and credit card fraud.
Along with performing priority payroll compliance reviews, her responsibilities include training, supervising and reviewing the Philadelphia and Boston staff. She also develops and maintains payroll compliance review cycle programs for numerous local and national clients.
